Went to the Glee Club with some colleagues from work, and happily vaped away without any of the comedians taking the mickey out of me. I went outside for an analogue during the break, because my battery was dead, and I asked the bouncer if he knew what an e-cig was. He said he knew, and no one made a fuss when I used it.
Many studies have been conducted by different laboratories around the world on the use of e-cigarettes. They have concluded that the vapour that is ingested when using an electronic cigarette contains approximately 20 ingredients including nicotine depending on the manufacturer. All these ingredients are generally regarded as safe for human consumption when ingested prudently and in accordance with proper labeling. By contrast tobacco smoke contains 4,000 ingredients including arsenic and carbon monoxide, alongside dozens of cancer-causing ingredients.
